Course Objectives
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students who successfully complete this course will be able to;
  • o Know the basic concepts of civil war.
  • o Recognize sub sections of civil law and make necessary interpretations.
  • o Explain basic principles of law of persons. Differentiate natural persons and legal persons
  • o Explain the concept of personal rights and know the defence methods to be used in assaults on personal rights.
  • o Explain the difference between legal and mental capacity. Know the limitation of persons in terms of capacity.

6 Review of the subjects and case solving.

11 The concept of legal person and difference of legal person and natural person.
